Add/Edit Your Company

The first thing you need to do to start creating proposals with propfire is to add your company on the Add Company page

You are only allowed to have one company, but you may edit or change that company as often as you like on the Edit Company page.

Here's how to add a company:

1. Add your company name. This is the name that will be displayed on your proposals.

2. Add your company logo by copying and pasting the like to where your logo image is located. For example, if your logo is in the media gallery of your Wordpress site, you would copy the permanent link from within your media folder and pasted it into the logo field here. 

If you aren't sure where to get the logo link, you can also go to a webpage that has the logo and right-click on the logo and copy the image link.

Your logo will display at the top of your proposals. If you do not want to display your logo on your proposals, then simply add a different image or leave the logo field empty. You'll be able to add a custom header image when you create a proposal.

3. Add your company's physical address. This is optional.

4. Add your company phone number. This will be displayed at the end of your proposals in the contact us information. This field is optional.

5. Add your company's URL. This will be displayed at the end of your proposals in the contact us information. This field is optional.

6. Add your company email address. This will be displayed at the end of your proposals in the contact us information. This field is optional.

7. Add the signature that you want to display on your proposals, that represents your company. For example, if you are the company owner or authorized representative, then simply type your name. Your signature will appear in a cursive (script) format on the actual proposal.

8. When you're done, click add button. Remember, you can always edit your company.
